To debut her latest single, Alice decided the best way to share such a powerful song was by simply playing it live for her fans. So with a Facebook Live event on March 8, Alice told the story of "Elephants," a song written by Dallas songwriter Andrew Delaney with whom Alice has co-written several songs for her forthcoming album due out this fall

The first annual California Country Awards were held in Long Beach, CA, on Dec. 16, 2017, and Alice Wallace was named Female Vocalist of the Year. 

California Country Records announced the release of Alice's latest single, Echo Canyon, on September 2nd. The song is now available for purchase on iTunes HERE

The website SavingCountryMusic.com released a review of the single to coincide with the release and said the new single: "creates the perfect setting and environment for Alice Wallace to showcase why she’s one of the most unheralded singers in independent country/Americana." The LA Music Critic Awards released their list of awards for the first half of 2016 today, and Alice was named "Best Country Artist" in a field with several other talented LA country artists, including Rod Melancon and AJ Hobbs. This adds to Alice's previous nods from the LA Music Critic Awards for Best Country/Americana artist

The Americana Music Association named Alice among the first round of artists chosen to showcase during AmericanaFest in Nashville in September. 

Also showcasing this year are California COuntry Records artists CALICO the Band, as well as LA Americana artists AJ Jobbs, Jaime Wyatt and Leslie Stevens, among many others. National recording artists such as Rodney Crowell, White Buffalo, Lukas Nelson, Hayes Carll, Kasey Chambers and many more are also on the lineup. For more information, click HERE

Alice was nominated in 3 different categories for the first half of 2016 in the LA Music Critic Awards, and she took the award in two of the categories! Read all about the winners in each category by clicking HERE

On April 24th, Alice had the chance to meet and share a bill with country songwriter Billy Joe Shaver, whose catalog of songs is regarded as one of the best in country music. Alice got the chance to listen as Billy Joe recounted stories about country legends like Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, and even a story about seeing Hank Williams play before anyone yet knew who Hank Williams was. It was a memorable night of music! 

Out of more than 100 entries, Alice was named a semi-finalist in the Songwriter Serenade Competition based outside of Austin, TX. She and the other 14 semi-finalists will perform in Moravia, TX, the first weekend of May. 

Alice's first official music video for the song "I Just Don't Care Anymore" from the new album "Memories, Music & Pride" premiered today on The Boot website. Alice's album "Memories, Music & Pride" was named Best Country/Americana album by the LA Music Critic Awards for the second half of 2015.

The nominations for the LA Music Critic Awards were announced today and Alice's album "Memories, Music & Pride" was nominated for both Best Country/Americana and Best CD - Female.
